The recording studio, owned and operated by Glenn Sawyer and Rich Veltrop, is run out of a 7,800-square-foot home in Lakewood. Construction on the house began in the 1950s, and the family continued to build onto it over the years. Sawyer and Veltrop started renting the property in March 2013.
