Daniel Boniface

Daniel Boniface is the digital director of The Denver Post, a position he has held since 2018. He worked previously as the digital director of Denver Post Sports (2015-18) and oversaw the staff's digital coverage of Super Bowl 50 in San Francisco. Daniel first joined the staff in 2011 as a breaking news editor, contributing to coverage of major local news stories including the Aurora theater shooting, Waldo Canyon fire and the 2013 Colorado floods. Before joining The Post, he worked as a digital producer at 9NEWS (KUSA) in Denver from 2006-2011. Education: University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. Bachelor of Science in Communication. Double-majored in journalism and English (creative writing). Awards: Was a member of The Denver Post's staff that won the 2013 Pulitzer Prize for Breaking News Reporting for coverage of the Aurora theater shooting. Daniel is a member of the Online News Association.
