Metro Denver home prices inched ever closer to double dip territory, according to the March S&P/Case Shiller Home Price Index. The index registered a 120.55 reading in March, within a breath of the 120.21 low hit in February 2009 before the extension of a homebuyer tax credit that boosted prices.
