Jonathan Shikes is a Denver native with 25 years of experience at newspapers, magazines and websites. He joined The Denver Post in May 2022 as the editor of The Know after previously working at Westword. Jonathan is also the author of "Denver Beer: A History of Mile High Brewing." Denver’s newest brewpub will offer 18 taps 鈥� and real-world lessons

Together with the restaurant, the facility will have a total of 18 taps, which will eventually include several beers brewed on-site, along with guest beers from other local breweries.
