Colorado mountains to see dangerous avalanche conditions, officials say

An incoming snowstorm is expected to cause dangerous avalanche conditions throughout Colorado鈥檚 Park, Gore and Front Range mountains this weekend, state officials said.

Denver warming centers, cold weather shelters now open

Daytime warming centers are open across Denver on Wednesday and overnight cold weather shelters will remain open as long as frosty temperatures continue, city officials said this week.

More than 900 flights delayed by snow at Denver International Airport
