The building at 2019 Stout St. has sold (again). This time, developers plan to put in a concept called Chapter with a restaurant, basement club and rooftop space.
The space will include a rentable photo and video studio and meeting spaces, aiming to draw a crowd of self-employed marketing and advertising professionals.
