A press conference was held today January 19th, 2011, in the old Supreme Court chambers at the State Capitol to discuss the State Capitol Dome Restoration Campaign which begins today. Legislators and other Colorado business men and women attended a briefing that included an introduction of the official Share in the Care Colorado campaign chairman, the Honorable Hank Brown, as well as update from Larry Friedberg, State Architect. Details of Share in the Care Colorado, the campaign to raise funds to restore the dome will be presented by James Hare, Executive Director of Colorado Preservation, Inc. and information about the inaugural launch of the mGive texting component, illustrating what technology can do for philanthropy, will be presented by Bill Soards, President of AT&T Colorado.
