Trump administration officials announced this week that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention would take back $11.4 billion in COVID-related funds.

Colorado legislature passes gun control bill requiring training before purchase for certain firearms

The House passed legislation to limit the sale of certain semiautomatic firearms to Coloradans who have passed a background check and taken a training course.

The portrait was paid for with a Republican-led fundraising effort and approved by Colorado Republicans before it was put on display in 2019.

Bipartisan bill to eliminate some credit card fees for businesses passed by Colorado House

Though the bill would only limit part of the swipe fees, the charges on taxes and tips still cost businesses thousands of dollars each year, supporters said.
