Denver doctor qualifies for ballot to take on Democrat Melat Kiros as independent candidate for Congress
Shimon Blau, a Denver doctor who said he was 鈥渟addened and alarmed鈥� by the victory of Democrat Melat Kiros in last month's primary, has qualified for the November ballot as an independent.
