Fanatics Sportsbook fined for marketing to gambler on Colorado’s self-exclusion list
Colorado鈥檚 self-exclusion list allows gamblers to enroll themselves for periods of one, three or five years, during which they are barred from online sports betting and gambling companies are supposed to stop sending them marketing materials.
