Piscos varies this recipe with raspberry, melon, peach and green apple liquers.
Ingredients
4 ounces South American Pisco (from Peru or Chile)
1/4 cup Quickway brand sweet and sour concentrate with egg white
2 lemons
2 limes, preferebly key limes
1 tablespoon powdered cane sugar
1 cup water
1 ounce orange liquer or triple sec
Directions
Squeeze lemons and limes for 5 tablespoons fresh juice.
Combine all ingredients with a small amount of ice in a blender and blend until foamy.
Serve in a champagne or martini glass with a sugared rim.
