Paonia Garden Tour weekend

Paonia, the town named for the peony flower, is the site of a garden tour June 4. Visitors will see perennial gardens and Xeriscaping done by some of the North Fork Valley’s master gardeners. The Paonia Bed and Breakfast Association is offering a weekend getaway package for $375 double, $275 single. Food and wine in Telluride

Venture to Telluride on June 23-26 where chefs and sommeliers gather to celebrate the world of food and wine. Four days of wine-tasting events with representatives from more than 100 wineries will feature two wine-pairing dinners hosted by a celebrity chef; a Grand Tasting; two wine-pairing luncheons; the Toast of Telluride, a walking, wine-tasting tour of Telluride and Mountain Village; a Sunday brunch; festival auction; and seminars and book signings.
