The Rolling Stones have a tasty Thanksgiving Day treat for their Colorado fans.
A just-announced world tour brings the iconic rock band to the Pepsi Center on Nov. 24. Ticket information has not been announced yet, but promoters say tickets to the Denver show will average $110.
Van Morrison takes a short break from a European tour to play four U.S. cities, and Denver is one of them. The legendary singer- songwriter’s June 10 appearance at Red Rocks Amphitheatre will be his first stop in Denver in 26 years. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday ($79.50-$150, Ticketmaster).
Lyle Lovett has a 29-city North American tour set for June and July. Lovett and His Large Band visit Red Rocks Amphitheatre on July 8. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday ($44.50- $64.50, Ticketmaster).
Los Lonely Boys enjoyed a great 2004. The three brothers released their self-titled debut album in April. It has gone double platinum and catapulted the Texas band to stardom. They play Red Rocks on Aug. 17. Ozomatli opens. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday ($36-$41, Ticketmaster).
Green Day is riding high with “American Idiot,” its commercially successful and critically acclaimed album. The group plays the Pepsi Center on Sept. 19. Jimmy Eat World opens. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday ($40.50-$45, Ticketmaster.
