Solving the mysteries of the Gray Reef section of the North Platte River west of Casper will be the topic of Tuesday’s meeting of the Cutthroat Chapter of Trout Unlimited. Rick Typher will offer his personal formula for wade and float fishing, ranging from Alcova Reservoir to the outskirts of Casper, with special emphasis on the first 12 miles downstream from Gray Reef Dam.
