My favorite team is: No team, but my family’s from England and I like watching Wimbledon.

The best thing on my training table is: Pasta.
Prematch ritual: I have ribbons in my hair.
Time management tip: It’s an acquired skill, growing up and balancing sports and academics. It gives me time management skills and it started early.
Planned career: Biomedical engineering; will play tennis at Yale.
My family: Parents Alison and Robert; brother Michael
I would love to visit: Italy and Africa.
What I like most about high school sports: Especially with tennis as an individual sport, to be able to be on a team is kind of a relief. It’s great to be part of a team.
What I like least about high school sports: I don’t have anything bad to say about them.
