The two-time defending champion in ministocks at Rocky Mountain National Speedway on Friday night won the season debut feature in the four-cylinder stock-car class. Tutchton, 54, drives a 1980 Toyota Celica and also won the 2002 division title at I-76 Speedway in Fort Morgan. He said he has been racing “on and off” for about 30 years.
