Clinton Jeffrey graduated last month from Falcon High School with a 4.13 weighted grade-point average. He was ranked fifth in his class of 201 students.
Jeffrey, known as CJ, played lead trumpet in the Colorado All-State Jazz Band and was selected to sing in the Colorado All-State Men’s Choir.
He also is a photographer and was a member of band and choir, while participating in drama and art. He has played several lead roles in Falcon’s performing arts groups.
CJ has taken most of the Advanced Placement classes offered at Falcon, and he also participated in mock trial, the National Honor Society, El Pomar Youth in Community Service and Knowledge Bowl.
He volunteers several hours a week at his church and elsewhere in the community.
CJ will attend Colorado State University in Fort Collins this fall and pursue a double major in music and technical journalism.
