Better than a magazine and more than a video, the kayaking media company has forged a new model with its quarterly issues of DVD magazines brimming with the latest news and accomplishments in the whitewater world.
The latest issue – LVM’s 15th – offers breathtaking footage of the hottest paddlers on the planet along with a 48-page magazine featuring sloppily edited but straight-from-the-source tales by the paddlers in the video. The opportunity to read accounts from paddlers makes the video clips even more exhilarating and provides a depth difficult to reach in the fast-paced videos.
