OUT AND ABOUT: I am spending two months in Morocco as part of a practicum experience related to my graduate study at the School for International
Studies in Vermont. I am studying how to teach English as a second language, and am working at a language school in Rabat, the capital. I went to Marrakech one weekend and stayed as the guest of one of my students and his family.
TRAVEL TIP: Morocco is a wonderful blend of the Middle East, Europe, and Africa. Every city is so different, complete with its own people, traditions, character, and even colors! Travel is fairly easy and there are a number of options available to accommodate all kinds of tastes and personalities.
