Out and About: Saipan is a U.S. commonwealth. This is a beautiful island that has a bunch of history of WWII. There are many beaches and islands to parasail, snorkel, and scuba dive or to just play volleyball. On the license plates they have HAFA DAI, which stands for half a day. It is tropical and very enjoyable.
