Is there anything we don’t know about the Titanic? Dives, feature films, documentaries and touring artifacts would seem to have covered the topic.

Nope. James Cameron, who directed the award-winning movie about the ill-fated liner, goes back to the scene on “Last Mysteries of the Titanic” (7 p.m. Sunday, Discovery Channel).

Cameron’s cameras wander deep into the hulk to explore the boiler room and ponder what caused the great ship to go down.

“Mysteries” follows yet another Titanic special, “Titanic Voyage: Untold Stories,” which profiles some of the doomed passengers (6 p.m., Discovery Channel).

Other weekend highlights:

Friday

The slow-moving but well-mounted “Into the West” miniseries comes to a close after six episodes and 12 hours with “Ghost Dance,” in which the Wheelers’ search for their children concludes (6 and 8 p.m., TNT).

Spot the real-life soap stars on the hourlong “Faith and Hope” send-up of soaps in which Kelly Ripa gets a daytime Emmy nomination (7:30 p.m., KMGH-Channel 7).

Saturday

Julia Roberts stars in the charming 1999 romantic comedy “Notting Hill” with Hugh Grant (7 p.m., Channel 7).

Miss “Revelations” the first time around? Here’s your chance at redemption. The six-part miniseries begins again in reruns with foreboding signs of the Apocalypse (9 p.m., KUSA-Channel 9).

Sunday

On the debut of “Flip This House,” housing speculators turn a dump into a diamond for profit (4 p.m., A&E).

No show has more fun with itself than “Pimp My Ride,” where an odd crew of master craftsmen transforms a junker vehicle into a jewel (6:30 and 7 p.m., MTV).

Around the dial

“The Picnic Rock Fire” from Channel 7 and “Suffering for a Smile” (Channel 9) have been nominated in the News and Documentary Emmy Awards, to be presented Sept. 19 in New York. … No room: KKZN 760-AM yakker Ed Schultz’s live appearance at the Denver Arts Complex next Friday is full. When Jay Marvin steps in for Schultz today and Tuesday, Marvin’s spot will be filled by Erin Hart (6-10 a.m.). … Add Channel 7’s Mike Nelson and Richard Ortner to the American Meteorological Society’s limited list of Certified Broadcast Meteorologists. KDVR-Channel 31 forecaster Chris Dunn was the first in Colorado to get the designation. … Quotable: “The press knows the size of Titanic, now I want them to marvel at her speed, too. The maiden voyage of Titanic must make headlines!” – Bruce Ismay, chairman, White Star Line.
