Fair adds Artisan’s Alley
The 34th annual Carbondale Mountain Fair will be held July 29-31.
Over 130 artisans from around the country will display their work, including exquisite gold and gemstone jewelry, silk velvet clothing, fine wood furniture and more.
A new feature this year will be Artisan’s Alley, with arts demonstrations taking place July 30-31.
C-470 alternatives on view
Maps of proposed alternatives for the C-470 beltway are available for review through August at two Jefferson County libraries.
The alignments are being studied as part of the northwest corridor’s Environmental Impact Statement.
The two libraries are Standley, 8485 Kipling St. in Arvada, and Golden, 1019 10th St. in Golden.
Citizens interested in reviewing the maps should visit the reference desks at the libraries and ask for the Northwest Corridor EIS maps.
