For the fourth day in a row, Denver experienced triple-digit, record-breaking temperatures.
The 102-degree reading at Denver International Airport on Friday passed the record set in 1931 at 100 degrees.
The last time Denver saw record-breaking temperatures this many days in a row was in 1990, from June 29 through July 2.
An all-time high today would tie the record of five consecutive days of record temperatures set in March 1980.
