Two women who say they were sexually assaulted at a 2001 party for football recruits are trying to revive their lawsuit dismissed in March against the University of Colorado.
Attorneys for Lisa Simpson and another woman say documents released last month by the university’s office of sexual harassment show “CU both knew and was deliberately indifferent to sexual harassment and sexual assaults of female students in its recruiting program.”
A Tuesday filing in federal court uncovers a new alleged sexual assault of a female trainer known in court documents as Trainer C and allege CU concealed information about it.
