DENVER HEALTH: Announced that Dr. Patricia Gabow, chief executive and medical director, was recognized as one of the 100 most powerful people in health care in the Aug. 22 issue of Modern Healthcare.

THE DENVER HOUSING AUTHORITY: Elected William Mosher as chairman of the board of commissioners. Mosher was first appointed to the board in 2001.

WHEELER TRIGG KENNEDY: Marian Carlson joined the law firm as a counsel attorney.
