Robert Polk of The Pinery Country Club shot a final- round 75 on Wednesday to win the CGA State Senior Stroke Play Championship at Highlands Ranch Golf Club. Polk finished with a three-day total of 3-under-par 213, the only final score under par. Bill Boyd of Highland Hills Golf Club, who shot a 72 in each round for an even-par 216, finished second.
Caine Fitzgerald of Murphy Creek shot a 67 to win the PGA TaylorMade Adidas Assistant Pro Championship at Lone Tree Country Club. Fitzgerald finished at 8-under 138, one stroke ahead of Matt Call of Kings Deer.
