Pregame ritual: For field hockey, I wear bandanas every game; for lacrosse, usually I wear my long green socks and goggles that stand out because they’re prescription.

Time management tip: Multi-tasking is pretty key.

Planned career: Undecided, but leaning toward communication

I would love to visit: Anywhere with a beach.

What I like most about high school sports: The camaraderie and bonds you form with people turns it into a family. And the competition.

What I like least about high school sports: Politics relating to sports all around.

The Denver Post recognizes a female and male student-athlete of the week. At the end of the school year, 10 finalists will be chosen. Ultimately, The Post and The Denver Athletic Club will select one boy and one girl as student-athletes of the year, and a substantial donation will be made to a local charity in their names.
