Three Denver-area pharmacies have had their privileges to dispense controlled drugs suspended by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration as part of an investigation into Internet drug trafficking, the agency announced Wednesday.
The investigation identified 20 doctors and 22 pharmacies across the nation that will be suspended from writing or filling prescriptions for drugs on the “controlled” list.
The Denver pharmacies suspended were identified as the Aurora Community Pharmacy, 1411 S. Potomac St.; Lindy’s Pharmacy, 9950 W. 80th Ave., Arvada; and City View Pharmacy, 1774 W. 92nd Ave., Federal Heights.
