8 p.m. “Killer Instinct”

In this new crime drama, the hero is a detective in the San Francisco Police Department’s “deviant crimes unit.” The producers obviously didn’t do their homework. San Francisco doesn’t have a “deviant crimes unit.” They have an “alternative offenders program.” Fox

8 p.m. “Reba”

The online dating sitcom plot is the blind date sitcom plot of the new millennium. WB.

8 p.m. “Three Wishes”

In a heart-warming twist on reality TV, recording artist Amy Grant travels to small towns across the country and grants “wishes” to hardworking Americans with stories of hope and spirit that really inspire us, to change the channel NBC.
