Clarification: Because of an editing error, a story Thursday on Page 1A about Northrop Grumman’s $1 billion U.S. Department of Defense contract at Schriever Air Force Base near Colorado Springs failed to state the potential length of the contract. It is 10 years.
Because of an erroneous report by The Associated Press, an item on Page 2F in the Thursday People column incorrectly stated that country singer Mindy McCready testified in court Monday that she tried to kill herself after she found out she was pregnant. McCready testified that she attempted suicide and later learned she was pregnant.
