Pomp, circumstance, and few dry eyes – or noses: A graduation hosted Saturday in Lakewood by Freedom Service Dogs Inc. had all the trimmings. “Barktoberfest” celebrated the organization’s 18th anniversary, four dogs’ graduation and the 100th dog-human team it has trained.
