Because of a reporting error, a story on respite beds for the homeless on Page 2B on Friday incorrectly attributed quotes about the Denver Rescue Mission’s 10 respite beds. Steve Walkup, the mission’s director of programs and ministries, should have been the source. Another shelter with respite beds on West Colfax Avenue is operated by Volunteers of America, not the mission.
