Ablaze with flavor: Sample the Fire Fighters Chili Cook-Off
11 A.M.-2 P.M. Veggie, meat-lovers, mild and spicy are just some of the many flavors of chili offered at the 18th-annual Fire Fighters Chili Cook-Off in Larimer Square, between 14th and 15th streets. All ingredients have been donated by local grocery stores, bars and restaurants. A donation of $3 is requested. Judges will announce the winners at 2 p.m. All proceeds benefit The Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Eating and dancing for children’s literacy in Jeffco
