Westminster – Police arrested a 15-year-old boy late Tuesday night who they say started a fire in the basement of his family’s home with his step-father locked inside.
Westminster Police say the boy started a fire on the steps leading into the basement of his home on the 8000 block of Clay Drive. Then he shut and locked the door with his step-father inside and ran out of the house.
