If you don’t have a particular person in mind, consider throwing a bash. Bash is obviously a relative term, so do whatever’s comfortable for you. The key is to invite people into your personal space and to feel as comfortable as possible while entertaining them.
The chances are excellent that you’ll meet or impress someone enough that they’ll want to connect with you.
If it seems unreasonable to bring people into your house, stay close to your regular neighborhood. This would be the wrong time to sojourn out of the metro area in search of love and romance.

The chances are excellent of meeting someone who could be caring, nurturing, attractive and not the most selfish human being you’ve ever met in your life. To meet this person you’ll need to be available.
Being available often means going to a social event that may not necessarily enthrall you. As long as you’re doing it with friends, it should work out well.
This isn’t the time to be the lone wolf out in search of prey. Run with the pack and you’ll stand a much better chance of catching a hearty meal.

Think about accepting an invitation that comes Wednesday or Thursday. It’s possible that this offer will conflict with another commitment you’ve made.
Obviously only you can make the decision, but the livelier destination will supply you with better chances of a romantic connection.
In general, if you select a more raucous the atmosphere, the better off you’ll be. Obviously sports bars are excellent places to meet people.

If you want to be noticed, you’ll have to work at it.
Spruce up your wardrobe, as well as your personal toilet. (This word is used in the old sense of its meaning. I’m not advising pulling out the Vanish.)
You might also want to consider changing your look, perhaps indulging a new way of looking at yourself. A jaunty new hat, a pair of bright green suspenders or perhaps a pair of clown shoes will do the trick. (Alright, I’m kidding about the clown shoes unless, of course, you happen to be a clown.)
The key is to realize that being a wee bit different, feeling a little insecure, is exactly the way things are supposed to be. By throwing yourself off balance you’ll actually be sending out an energy that’s quite attractive to others. (Common sense friends. Please, no swan dresses.)
Don’t be afraid to pull out the stops and try something radical. You can always go back later and fix it. Just be sure that if you shave your head, or whatever, that you’ve thought it through. (By the way, eyebrows often don’t come back once shaved… you’ve been warned.)
You can expect more than one person to find you interesting and desirable throughout the week. Pick carefully, but for goodness’ sake, do pick someone.

If you consider relationships as a professional calling this week, you’ll succeed.
This is a great time to interview willing, eager candidates for the position of partner, lover, back scratcher or whatever other position (too obvious for me) strikes your fancy. The interview process should be thorough but tactful.
If you make too much of the study of it, you’ll scare interviewees away and have them looking for another boss as quickly as possible.
The best place to perform this cattle call will be at haunts that excite you, interest you, or simply provide you with the types of people that you feel like playing with.
Even though you may find several suitable applicants, you need to be discerning and ask yourself whether or not they’ll really be good in the long term or not. Administering an IQ test, or perhaps a Myers-Briggs isn’t necessary, but do be alert.
By the way, if you happen to be in a relationship already, it may be time to bring them in to HR and write them up. Let them tactfully know how you feel about their performance.

This could be one of the luckiest weeks you’ve had for love in quite a while!
To experience the love I’m referring to, you need to make yourself available. Yes, I know what you’re thinking. If it were really luck, it would simply drop out of the sky into your lap.
Not only is this an unreasonable request but potentially dangerous.
Nope, you need to be present and accounted for when it comes to meeting new people. This willingness to be a part of the process should allow the energies surrounding you to find the right person to play with.
In addition to light romance, this could turn into a long-term relationship. It’s possible that you’ll meet someone with whom you could be connected to for quite some time.
This would be a great time to involve yourself with an e-mail romance, as long as you take all the necessary precautions, keeping in mind that there are tons of creeps preying upon innocent sweeties like you.
The early part of the week is going to present the strongest chances for finding someone worthwhile. Make Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday your days to venture into that scary realm.

Make it about the physical connection or don’t make it about anything at all.
This incredibly shallow advice is a necessity due to the dangers involved in getting emotionally entrapped with someone. This person will have the skills of a mongoose when it comes to darting about, making you feel secure, when in fact all they really want to his sink their fangs into your emotions.
What makes this energy really dangerous is the fact that there’s no malice attached to it. It’s simply how they react to emotional situations. Personally, I would think that running away as fast as possible is advised.
This is why I suggested that you stay emotionally unattached when it comes to love. This could mean some superficial relationships which may prove to be fruitful at a later time.
If you happen to hate such adventures, stick with polite conversation and getting to know someone much better before allowing your heart to be a moving target.
The whole week is good for meeting people and connecting as long as you follow the above advice cautiously.

Your words will make a difference when it comes to how you’re perceived.
This is a time to think carefully before speaking and to be certain that you say only positive things about relationships, past lovers, future lovers, men and women in general, the President, Mother Nature, the Rockies, the Broncos, Colfax Ave. and anything else that might come up in a conversation.
This must sound like a Herculean task, although cleaning the stables of flesh eating horses probably was no easy feat either. In actual practice, this should be much easier than it seems.
The reason for this advice revolves around the energies that are revolving around you. You’ll be seen as shallow, vindictive and just plain out nasty if you say negative things about people. Unless you get a real masochist on your hands, you won’t be sought out.
Consciousness, sincerity and the ability to say something nice about everything, or not to say it at all, is an absolute must throughout the week.
