Place the tomato, pepper and onion in a food processor fitted with a steel blade, and pulse until you get an uneven puree. Add the vinegar, oil and salt, and pulse to combine until smooth.
Per tablespoon: 15 calories, 1 gram fat, no cholesterol, 1 milligram sodium.
