Navigant International Inc. said Friday it will reschedule reporting of its 2005 third-quarter financial results, originally scheduled for Tuesday.
The delay is a result of Navigant’s failure to comply with financial requirements for its credit line, due to $3 million in late vendor payments and an approximate $350,000 drop in net earnings from the impacts of hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
Navigant is trying to secure waivers and amendments from lenders and plans to set a new third quarter reporting date after those discussions.
