Two workers were seriously injured Friday when they fell 40 feet from scaffolding at the construction site for a parking garage next to the Denver Art Museum’s new addition.
The men were pouring concrete into a column when the support girder they were on gave way, Denver Fire Department spokesman Derrick Delgado said.
They were rushed to a nearby hospital. Their identities and conditions were not available.
No official cause for the mishap was given.
Officials with the construction company, Milender White Construction Co., did not return phone calls Friday.
