Best meal: This new restaurant was recently written about in the Denver Post Travel section. Top-notch French cuisine for the adventurous type. We all tried foods we never ordinarily would have ordered and actually liked them.
Best deal: The great value was the tasting-menu option, which has 10 courses for $85. The portions were generous enough that halfway through we were already getting full. Also, sit at the bar where you can watch the chefs. It is entertaining.
Best time to go: If you lack reservations, then a small party might be able to get in early.
