So what does a 16-year-old fishing enthusiast do for an encore after catching a 14-pound wiper? Chaz Matsumoto had an easy answer last month. He simply went back out the following week and landed one 4 pounds bigger. Young Matsumoto used a kick boat to reach the wipers at Aurora Reservoir. The big fish were tempted by a chartreuse tube jig.
