Every February a group of our seniors volunteer to spend weeks hand-stamping a cachet on thousands of remailed Valentines, sending a bit of “The Sweetheart City” and our good wishes around the world. And these good wishes come from a small city with genuinely nice people who care about their neighbors and their community. An extraordinarily beautiful city, Loveland.
