
Ryan Hill, a senior at Rangeview High School in Aurora, is an Eagle Scout and a member of Scout Troop 921. He has performed more than 200 hours of community service through Scouts, as well as through school and church events.
Ryan is involved in leadership activities at Range view and is the senior class president. Last summer, he helped build a Habitat for Humanity home in Arkansas with his church youth group. He also helped bring the Alive at 25-sponsored “Remember …” campaign to the school, which promotes safe teenage driving.
Ryan has attended eight student leadership conferences, camps and retreats in Fort Collins and Estes Park and will be representing his school at a national conference this spring.
Ryan was a lighting and sound theater technician this summer at Six Flags Elitch Gardens. He plays on the Rangeview soccer team.
He also is in the show choir and advanced performing arts class, and he recently sang at Boettcher Concert Hall with the Continental League Choir. He carries a 3.5 weighted grade-point average and is taking honors classes, including U.S. history and algebra 2.
Ryan has traveled to England and France with a school theater group and plans to major in music and theater at college.
