NexCore Group of Denver has purchased four medical office properties in northern Indiana for $11 million. The transaction adds 55,800 square feet to NexCore’s portfolio of health-care properties in northern Indiana, bringing the total to nearly 133,000 square feet acquired in the state in the past two years.

TeleTech Holdings Inc., a Douglas County-based provider of customer-management and business-process-outsourcing services, announced Thursday the acquisition of FinSource Inc., a Philippines-based business-process-outsourcing company.

CO-OP Network, the nation’s largest credit-union network of ATMs, and 7-Eleven Inc. have reached an agreement to provide surcharge- free ATM access for network members in 7-Eleven stores across the United States beginning Dec. 1.
