This is the perfect week to establish new foundations when it comes to the world of love and romance.
Although you might have been tempted to sneak out of the present and delve backwards into the past, don’t do it. You need to move directly into your future, without fear or hesitation.
This means meeting new people and changing the way you think about specific relationship issues.
If you’ve been hurt in the past, and haven’t we all, you need to give up those pains as much as possible. They hold you back and keep you from actualizing what could be the beginnings of a new relationship.
You could be in line to meet someone who has the types of energies you’ve been looking for. It’s important, however, that you not allow appearances alone to discern whether or not you find them interesting. You may be close to finding a diamond in the rough but to actualize this, you’ll need to be alert and remove biases. Look beyond that mole with the hair in it…unless they braid that hair.

It’s possible that a new relationship could be brewing with someone that you haven’t necessarily considered before. Although this may be a frightening prospect, don’t let that scare you away.
Sneak a quick glance — go ahead, do it now — don’t be too obvious — not so bad, huh?
It’s entirely possible that this person has a similar sort of feeling bubbling within them as well. (Or, it may just be gas. With me, that’s usually the case.)
However you choose to deal with this is up to you. You’ll need to deal with all the responsibilities and warnings associated with dealing with someone in the workplace before crossing that razor thin line from friendship to romance.
The point is, the energy is strong this week and could be pulling you into murky water.
Luckily for you, this energy could also draw people to you throughout the week. The key is to look for friendship first… or at least some sort of intellectual connection that doesn’t completely leave you numb… and to go from there.

Although you may have your eyes set on someone romantically, it’s possible that the person you should be with is already in your life.
Take a good look around you and try to decide what your best course of action is when it comes to love and romance. This has to be a realistic analysis of what’s best for you, as opposed to what you think will feel the best.
As I said, it’s highly possible that someone has caught your eye and that this person probably, at this point, is a bit out of your reach. This may not be due to any issue other than distance or logistics. The key is to recognize that if that’s the case, this week at least, it isn’t meant to be.
Instead, look to someone close to you, someone who may already be a part of your life. This could be someone you work for, someone who works for you, someone you’ve met recently or perhaps one you’ve known for quite some time.
Don’t count anybody out or you could be missing a wonderful opportunity.
Engaging in conversation will allow you to know whether or not this person is right for you. A few moments of jaunty batter will catch your interest and make you squirm delightfully, or numb you into drooling lethargy.

This week you’ll get all the attention!
Be involved in as many social engagements as possible. You should be concerned with meeting as many respective partners as you can and not settling down or setting your sights on one person in particular.
Yes, you’ll be the belle, or beau, of the ball. All will want to be near you, or at least that’s my story and I’m sticking to it.
Obviously, you need to look and feel the part in order for this to manifest.
Taking advantage of this energy could provide you with one of the most interesting weeks you’ve had in quite some time.
If you’ll be participating in Thanksgiving festivities with strangers, flirt the night away without seeming pathetic. Obviously this should be done without embarrassing those you know, but have a good time and don’t be a stick in the mud.
Be seen and know that you’re being seen. Allowing yourself to loosen up should draw someone to you who could be exactly what you’ve been waiting for. This connection could, in turn, turn into something longer lasting.

This “I can’t do it on my own,” energy is appropriate for Thanksgiving week with memories of Priscilla Mullins, Miles Standish, and John Alden dancing in our tryptophan sodden minds.
Don’t expect this person to speak for themselves–yet. They really do need to have some distance, but it’s important for you to know that they’re interested.

You’ll be getting a lot of attention and everyone will notice you, whether you want that notice or not. This being the case, make sure to dress up and to keep your smile pretty and white. (I saw a woman recently who looked like she had glistening Chiclets in her mouth. She scared me.)

The key to romantic success this week is to be as professional as possible in everything you do. This means acting professionally, even when it comes to love and romance. This may sound difficult to do but should be easier than you think. All you have to do is refrain from letting your emotions drag you into a whirlpool of romantic goop.
If such relationships are inappropriate for the workplace, then be doubly aware that you need to be cautious and keep things on the QT.
The only complication may be that some of you’re taking time off for the Thanksgiving holiday, so try to maximize your profile throughout the rest of the week.

OK, cryptic messages aside, here’s the skinny.
