Colorado stocks rose for a fifth week, led by MDC Holdings Inc., Titanium Metals Corp. and Bill Barrett Corp., and spurred by signs that the Federal Reserve may stop raising interest rates and that consumer sentiment is improving.

The Bloomberg Colorado Index, a price- weighted list of companies based in the state, rose 6.82, or 2.2 percent, to 321.21 in the past five trading days.
