J. Herzog buys Okla. Arrowhead Mall
Denver-based J. Herzog & Sons Inc. has purchased the 512,865-square-foot Arrowhead Mall in Muskogee, Okla., from Texarkana, Texas-based Warmack & Co.
The center, which is 45 miles southeast of Tulsa, is 91 percent leased and is anchored by Dillard’s, J.C. Penney, Office Depot, Sears, Stage and the 10-screen Dickinson Theatre.
The privately held company declined to disclose the purchase price.
Mayor presents city’s first design awards
Denver Mayor John Hickenlooper on Friday presented the city’s first annual Mayor’s Design Awards to business owners and developers. The awards recognize quality building design. This year’s award winners are:

Frontier offers 5% on $80 million debt sale
Frontier Airlines priced its $80 million debt offering at 5 percent. The bond sale is expected to close Wednesday.
The bonds can be converted into Frontier stock at a premium of 25 percent over the price of the stock.
Frontier plans to use the estimated $77.1 million in proceeds for working capital and capital expenditures, such as aircraft and expansion.
Springs airport closes 1 parking lot for work
The Colorado Springs Airport’s short-term parking lot was closed Friday for renovation.
It will be reopened Dec. 22.
Its closure is the last phase in a renovation project that will create a larger, more accessible lot.
It will also improve shuttle operations from the long-term lot and access to the rental-car lot.
Shuttles from the long-term lot will be doubled during the renovation.
