Christine O’Donnell has been named executive vice president of the Colorado Restaurant Association.

Previously, O’Donnell was senior account director for Marketing General Inc., an Alexandria, Va.-based marketing agency. For the past four years, she headed up the Denver office. Before then, she was deputy director of the Colorado Hotel and Lodging Association and also worked for PRACO, the ad agency of record for the Colorado Tourism Office.

O’Donnell replaces Cindy Weindling, who died of cancer in October.

The state restaurant group represents more than 4,500 restaurants and more than 200 allied trade companies that provide products, equipment and services to the hospitality industry.
