Teenagers can sharpen their driving skills in classes taught by law enforcement professionals.

The special sessions begin Tuesday at Rock Canyon and Mountain View high schools in Highlands Ranch.

The classes will be held from 3:15 to 5:45 p.m. three times a week for four weeks.

The program, Teen Sharp Driving, is a nonprofit, state-certified program. The classes provide hands-on defensive driving and car control skills, with guest speakers such as paramedics, Operation Life Saver officials, insurance agents and teen traffic offenders.
