Weld County deputies have arrested a Denver-area man in connection with the rape of a real estate agent on Friday.
Brandon J. Bradshaw, 51, is suspected of posing as a potential buyer for the showing of a property in southeastern Weld County.
He raped the woman inside the house, according to Sheriff John B. Cooke’s office.
Bradshaw was arrested this morning at a motel in Wheat Ridge. He’s currently being held in the Jefferson County Jail, according to Weld County sheriff’s spokesperson Vicki Harbert.
Bradshaw had a parole violation warrant.
