The first part of a two-part program called “Death, fear and freedom: Buddhist reflections on how our relationship to death conditions our relationship to living” will be held at 5 p.m. Sunday at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, 1615 Ogden St., Denver.
Tuesday
“Intertexts: Interfaith text study on the question of religious identity” will be the topic of a program about what it means to be Jewish, with University of Denver professor Sarah Pessin, at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Hebrew Educational Alliance, 3600 S. Ivanhoe St., Denver.
Thursday
A Taizé style service will be held at 6:45 p.m. Thursday at St. Andrew United Methodist Church, 3350 E. White Bay Drive, Highlands Ranch. The service includes an opportunity to walk the labyrinth, “an ancient, sacred circular space…for creating sacred space for prayer, meditation and healing.”
